Electrolytes every swing since 2022. Now I'm making my own.
A sachet at pre-start and another after knock-off, every swing since I started in mining. The one I wanted on site didn't exist: every number on the front, no sugar, and enough in the box for two a day. So I'm making it.

Who is it for?
People on the tools: trades, FIFO and outdoor work. If you train before or after work, it fits that routine too.
Why two a day?
That's the routine it's built around: one sachet at pre-start, one after knock-off. A box holds 60, which is a month at two a day. The directions will say no more than two a day.
What's in it?
Per sachet: 800 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium, 100 mg magnesium and 0 g sugar. No blends and nothing hidden. These are draft amounts; the full label goes up before launch.
How does it taste?
We're developing it to taste best ice-cold, because that's how most water on site is, and still fine at room temperature. One flavour at launch.
Is it sugar-free?
That's the plan: 0 g sugar, sweetened with stevia or monk fruit. The final label and the lab report will confirm it.
How much will it cost?
We're aiming for about A$99 a month for 60 sachets, which is A$3.30 a day, with a cheaper prepaid three-month option. Your answer when you join helps set it.
What comes in the starter kit?
The plan is the 60-sachet box, a zip-lock travel pouch and an insulated steel bottle. After that, refills of 60 sachets come in a flat pack that tops up the box. Pause or cancel anytime.
When does it launch?
We're aiming for 2027. The waitlist hears first and gets first access to the first batch.
What will the lab report show?
Every batch will go to an independent Australian lab to check it matches the label: sodium, potassium, magnesium and sugar. The report for your batch will be one scan away on the box.
Will there be other versions?
We're asking the waitlist first. When you join, pick the one you'd choose: electrolytes only, with creatine, with caffeine, or both.
Where is it made?
We plan to make it with an Australian manufacturer. Designed in WA.
